4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Abuse

Placing a fake order or refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel at your doorstep without a valid reason wastes national logistics resources and causes financial loss to our small business. Nexora reserves the right to ban specific phone numbers and addresses from future purchases if COD deliveries are repeatedly rejected.
